I have combined my experiences from several design fields into a design service that can creatively and efficiently manage the many facets of both Residential Design and Corporate Renovations. My design skills give me the capacity to design, budget, and coordinate all layers of a project from simple to complex. I am comfortable presenting to a V.P. team, working closely with residential clients, facilitating reports / permits / inspections, as well as troubleshooting on-site with subcontractors. My CAD computer design drawings provide effective visualizations for client approvals and a tool for accurate price quotes. My drawings streamline additional architectural or structural drawings, when required. By managing all licensed professionals needed to complete a project, I can efficiently track budgets and coordinate ever-changing timetables. I work directly with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and Sub-Contractors to implement the entire scope of a project. I work as an independant contractor on an hourly or project based fee and clients pay all subcontractors directly without markups. For Residential Clients I can design solutions and guide them through the construction process, or actually facilitate and troubleshoot from construction permits through interior finish details. I enjoy space planning for enjoyable and practical demands of a family’s home environment while maximizing space and beauty. For Corporate Clients, Landlords and Real Estate Brokers I consult and guide a company through a move to a new location or design and coordinate renovations for existing environments. I am able to analyze areas in their environment that could work more efficiently, improve the interior space for employees, and enhance their marketing image for clients entering their building. I take great pride in designing effective solutions with minimal disruption to employees and overall production. For Architects and Developers I learn your specifications for your drafting environment and am able to help in the drafting and design process, become your representative for client meetings or help in the field implementing any phase of a project. |
